Exchange Policy

At Kohinoor Jewellery by Qasim, we want you to love your jewelry. We don't offer cash refunds or order returns. We only offer exchanges.

Exchange Conditions You can easily exchange an item if it meets a few simple rules.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • The jewelry must be completely unworn and safe in its original box.

  • All original tags and receipts must be inside the package.

How to Exchange an Item The exchange process is very easy. Just follow these steps.

  1. Take a clear picture or a short video of the jewelry.

  2. Send the picture and your order number to our WhatsApp or email.

  3. Our team will review your message and approve the exchange.

  4. Courier the parcel back to the address we give you.

Delivery Charges We will cover the return delivery charges if your item arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong piece. If you simply want to exchange a design or a ring size, you will need to pay the courier fees for the new parcel.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged We don't exchange custom-made jewelry or items bought during a clearance sale.
